Peel the liner. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of each nostril.

Tip: Apply 10β15 minutes before bed for all-night comfort.
In the morning, loosen with warm water and peel slowly from each end. Single-use only.
Ensure lips and surrounding skin are clean and dry. Avoid balms before applying.
With lips gently closed, place the strip vertically across the center of the lips (or in an βHβ shape if vented).
Encourages nasal breathing and can help reduce mouth snoring and dry mouth.
Do not use if you have nasal congestion, nausea, or breathing difficulties.
Peel off slowly from one corner. Dispose after single use.
Twist to remove the cap. Keep the cap for storage to preserve freshness.
Hold 1β2 cm below one nostril and inhale deeply for 2β3 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
